Apraksts

  • Arrange interviews across candidates, interviewers and time zones.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout hiring.
  • Manage Ashby records, including job pipelines, interview stages and candidate data.
  • Prepare recurring reports on referrals, sourcing and recruiting funnel metrics.
  • Coordinate early visa verification with candidates, recruiters and immigration counsel.
  • Manage job listings in Ashby, on job boards and on the careers page.
  • Document recruiting processes as the team standardizes its practices.
  • Apply automation and AI tools to improve speed and reliability.
  • Assist the Head of Talent with research, administration, leadership reviews, events and special projects.

Prasības

  • Experience in recruiting coordination or operations, preferably in high-volume or technical hiring.
  • Experience managing interview scheduling and ATS tasks for a busy team.
  • Proficiency with an applicant tracking system, including pipelines, stages and templates; Ashby or a comparable platform experience is relevant.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail when tracking candidates, interviews and communications across time zones.
  • Proactive communication and dependable follow-through.
  • Ability to coordinate across time zones, with flexibility for occasional off-hours work with global candidates.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
  • Ashby experience with reporting and offer configuration is a plus.
  • Experience supporting hiring at a startup or high-growth technical company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Fireflies and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating global or APAC hiring across time zones is a plus.
