Chief of Staff, Infrastructure Development — Colorado Hybrid
Partner with Rowan Digital Infrastructure’s CEO to advance sustainable data center development. Lead strategic decisions, business cases, executive alignment, and cross-functional execution.

- Keep the leadership team focused, aligned, and informed about the market as the company grows.
- Act as a trusted executive-team partner while reporting directly to the CEO.
- Convert strategic priorities into clear decisions, accountable ownership, and consistent execution.
- Evaluate new opportunities and develop, test, and refine business cases.
- Build cross-functional capabilities and hand initiatives over to durable functional owners.
- Design executive forums, surface tradeoffs, and establish ownership, timelines, and success measures.
- Reduce complex CEO and Board approval requests to key variables, business context, and risk-reward considerations.
- Develop and rigorously evaluate strategic initiatives, make no-go decisions, and transfer viable work to functional owners.
- Monitor commitments, flag stalled initiatives and constraints, and escalate issues promptly.
- Help define the company narrative and reinforce disciplined communications.
- Increase execution speed and simplify CEO, Board, and cross-functional workflows.
Prasības
- At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure development, energy, project finance, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with utilities, banks, and/or hyperscale customers.
- Strong understanding of how utilities, banks, and hyperscale customers operate and make investment decisions.
- Ability to form, communicate, and defend a clear perspective under pressure.
- Ability to provide the CEO and C-suite with direct, timely feedback.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Ability to build businesses, achieve results through others, and create organizational leverage.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and solving complex, multi-variable problems with incomplete information.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within the United States for site visits and cross-functional meetings.
- Management consulting or Chief of Staff experience is advantageous.
- Advanced degree preferred.
