- Take part in an intensive 10-week summer program
- Contribute to business initiatives and projects that advance organizational goals and client outcomes
- Prepare strategic presentations and research using PowerPoint and Excel
- Organize project materials and meetings to keep information moving across teams
- Research market intelligence, competitors, and supporting documentation independently
- Attend executive speaker sessions, focused training, and networking events
- Work with colleagues across departments to learn about different career paths
- Build industry knowledge and learn about TIAA’s culture, values, and role in financial services
Reikalavimai
- Be enrolled in a degree program and expect to graduate between May 2028 and June 2029
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require current or future visa sponsorship to maintain U.S. work authorization
- No prior experience is required
- High school education preferred
