Aprašymas

  • Build and deliver the joint business plan for Kimberly-Clark’s Meijer business.
  • Partner with Meijer’s buyer and leadership team and Kimberly-Clark teams across category, finance, shopper marketing, digital, and other capabilities.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and put Kimberly-Clark brand strategies and tactics into action.
  • Meet corporate, sales, trade, marketing, and business goals, including contribution, trade management, volume, and growth profit targets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute an omnichannel approach with a consistent voice.
  • Advance distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising programs that support category and Kimberly-Clark growth strategies.
  • Create insights and plans that translate national priorities into share growth.
  • Monitor performance against key objectives and develop corrective actions to address gaps.
  • Find ways to simplify work and focus effort on high-value activities.
  • Advance strategic priorities such as line reviews, joint business plans, and innovation summits.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 4 years of progressive exempt-level experience in sales, business, customer management, and customer development.
  • Proficiency in customer, category, and trade management.
  • CPG industry experience and experience managing Kimberly-Clark customer or retailer accounts preferred.
  • Experience working with Meijer preferred.
  • A record of exceeding sales objectives preferred.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand, and shelf resets preferred.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • Experience in sales, relationship building, oral and written communication, business management and planning, statistics and quantitative analysis, change management, and team management preferred.
  • Mentoring, networking, resource management, prioritization and time management, cross-functional collaboration, customer service problem solving, adaptability, and process improvement skills preferred.
  • Employment is subject to local policy verification and pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, a background check, and a DMV check.
