Aprašymas

  • Manage field sales across Münster and East Westphalia, covering postal codes 32, 33, 48, and 49.
  • Advise decision-makers in construction and property management.
  • Help develop tailored building services concepts, including on-site consultations.
  • Liaise with tender contacts and other decision-makers.
  • Promote the company’s suppliers to customers and business partners.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and other departments.
  • Continuously refine personal sales strategies.

Reikalavimai

  • Technical or commercial training, ideally in HVAC and plumbing technology or building services engineering.
  • Field sales experience in building services, such as plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, or electrical systems.
  • Experience working with customers and stakeholders in construction and property management.
  • A strong industry network.
  • A structured, organized approach to work.
  • Motivation and expertise in closing sales successfully.
  • Fluent German.
