- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project or program management, information technology, finance, management, or a related field plus three years of project management, program management, program operations, or related experience; alternatively, five years of experience in these areas
- Background in eCommerce, fulfillment, operations, supply chain, product operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Working fluency across operations, product, and technology
- Ability to move complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to measurable results
- Sound operational judgment
- Clear communication, effective stakeholder management, ownership, and intellectual curiosity
- Preferred: familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices
