Create and execute sourcing strategies aligned with projected staffing demand
Select recruiting tools and targeted channels to engage active and passive candidates
Strengthen and promote the company’s employment brand
Lead the COO Talent Team through coaching, mentoring, payroll oversight, and escalation management
Drive HR and recruiting initiatives across departments
Collaborate with FP&A and HR business partners on ADM and DM hiring, compensation, employee referrals, and bonus reporting
Work with COO field leaders to assess recruiting needs and address regional staffing challenges
Share hiring schedules, onboarding blackout periods, system changes, compliance requirements, and seasonal milestones
Join office hours, recruiting calls, and Teams communications
Manage CareerPlug and Indeed partnerships, sourcing effectiveness, sponsorship results, and return on investment
Oversee CareerPlug requisition configuration, system upkeep, audits, and UKG Onboarding integrations
Track recruiting tickets, the Recruiting Inbox, and Teams channels to resolve issues promptly
Review staffing funnel and recruiting metrics in partnership with HRIS
Assess hiring funnel progress and overall recruiting effectiveness
Create and deliver recruiting and onboarding training, job aids, SOPs, templates, checklists, trackers, and process documentation
Direct seasonal staffing readiness across recruiter execution, requisition planning, candidate pipelines, reporting, issue resolution, and field communications

Талаптар

A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business is preferred
At least five years of experience in high-volume recruiting, human resources, or retail management
At least two years in a leadership or lead position is preferred
Advanced Excel proficiency, including formula design, pivot tables, data manipulation, and large datasets
Prior experience advising leaders on recruiting, interviewing, and candidate selection is preferred
Experience applying continuous improvement and agile methods
Experience managing candidate pipelines and requisitions in an applicant tracking system
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Must be 18 years of age or older
PTIN certification is required for tax preparer applicants
