  • Build and scale a content operation with clear workflows, AI-assisted production, repurposing, and feedback.
  • Track content performance, including share of voice, pipeline influence, and engagement growth.
  • Lead thought leadership across podcasts, LinkedIn, long-form content, and public relations.
  • Strengthen Xelix’s authority in accounts payable automation and financial controls.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing to align content with messaging, positioning, and competitive narratives.
  • Partner with Demand Generation on integrated campaigns and pipeline programmes.
  • Develop account-based, persona-specific content for enterprise buying groups.
  • Create content for organic search and AI-powered search.
  • Contribute to original research, executive bylines, media relations, and earned coverage.
  • Equip Sales and Demand Generation teams with content libraries that support pipeline growth.

  • At least seven years of experience in B2B content marketing.
  • A track record of establishing and scaling thought leadership programmes.
  • Experience managing content operations from planning through delivery.
  • Experience creating content that builds category authority and supports commercial results.
  • Ability to draw insights from executives and subject matter experts and turn them into compelling content.
  • Proficiency in long-form content, social media, podcasts, public relations and earned media, SEO, and AI search.
  • Experience creating scalable content workflows with AI tools, automation, and repurposing.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer personas, buying committees, and complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a high-visibility environment with diverse opinions and obtain stakeholder approval efficiently.
  • Preferred: experience ghostwriting for founders or executives.
  • Preferred: experience commissioning or producing original research.
  • Preferred: experience in fintech, finance automation, or selling to CFOs and finance leaders.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with AI-assisted content production tools.
  • Preferred: experience building or growing a B2B community through content.
  • Available to attend the final in-person interview at the company’s office.
  • Available to work standard hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
