  • Source, assess, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions while working directly with borrowers and decision-makers.
  • Identify working capital and corporate debt needs among companies generating more than R$15 million in annual revenue.
  • Analyze projects and interpret their financing requirements.
  • Sustain ongoing origination activity against a benchmark of two structured contracts per week.
  • Work with credit desks and investment committees to validate transaction proposals.
  • Focus on agribusiness companies while building and managing corporate relationships.

  • An active client portfolio with direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders at medium-sized and large companies exceeding R$15 million in annual revenue.
  • Practical understanding of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding programs such as BNDES and comparable institutions.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering.
  • Ability to assess complex projects and determine working capital and corporate debt requirements.
  • Proactive, commercially capable, results-focused, operationally disciplined, and skilled in negotiation and closing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.
  • Highly senior commercial background serving middle-market and large corporate clients, with an active portfolio and established agribusiness relationships.
  • Preferred professional experience of less than one year.
