  • Coordinate onboarding and integration across portfolio companies.
  • Lead post-merger integration across finance, IT, HR, and commercial functions.
  • Create integration playbooks, synergy tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Support add-on integrations and onboarding for platform investments.
  • Build working relationships with founders, boards, sponsors, and portfolio company leaders.
  • Represent the private equity firm in calls with founders.
  • Oversee financial, HR, and systems initiatives with subject matter experts.
  • Support FP&A work, including cash flow forecasts, budgets, and debt covenant tracking.
  • Identify, prioritize, and communicate operational risks and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee interim finance and operations resources.
  • Work with portfolio leaders to select and onboard permanent hires.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and keep work accountable and on track.
  • Direct operational transformation projects to improve EBITDA and support growth.
  • Put structured program management processes in place.
  • Use ERP, CRM, and BI tools to modernize operations and reporting.
  • Work with deal teams on operational and financial capability assessments before LOI.
  • Contribute to operational and financial due diligence.
  • Roll out framework initiatives during the first 100 days.
  • Coordinate onboarding of general ledger, CRM, and HR and payroll systems.
  • Drive add-on integration and synergy realization during the first year.
  • Establish repeatable processes and dashboards to support long-term performance.

Талаптар

  • Bring 7–10 years of experience with private equity portfolio companies, management consulting, or related operating roles.
  • Show a record of leading M&A integrations, synergy realization, and post-close execution.
  • Have a strong finance foundation, including FP&A, accounting, and capital structures.
  • Demonstrate experience leading operational transformation and improving EBITDA.
  • Have experience designing and executing PMO playbooks.
  • Bring broad business knowledge across finance, HR, technology, and operations.
  • Have exposure to ERP, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Be able to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Communicate and collaborate exceptionally well.
  • Be professional, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Hold a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferably live in the Eastern or Central time zone with convenient access to commercial air travel.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
