Manage end-to-end internal recruiting for sales, recruiting, VP-level leadership, and emerging business teams
Work with internal partners to clarify hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines
Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal systems, and proactive outreach
Oversee candidate pipelines and maintain progress across a fast-moving, deadline-focused workload
Measure recruiting activity and outcomes against weekly KPIs, refining strategies to support hiring targets
Deliver a positive candidate experience while making timely, confident hiring decisions

Staffing-industry recruiting experience is required; candidates without staffing experience must demonstrate experience recruiting for sales positions
Work with urgency and limited supervision while reliably achieving weekly recruiting KPIs
Recruit across varied job functions and levels of seniority
Communicate clearly and manage priorities, organization, and time effectively
Handle several open positions concurrently
Take ownership quickly and work independently
Bachelor’s degree required
