Robert Half is hiring a Client Solutions Manager in Raleigh to grow technology staffing accounts, develop client relationships, and match candidates with open roles through outreach, meetings, and networking.

- Build and expand a client portfolio by promoting full-time placement services
- Engage technology leaders through phone and video outreach
- Meet key decision-makers in person to develop client relationships
- Represent the business at local professional associations and networking events
- Identify candidates whose skills align with client job requirements
- Stay connected with client organizations and contract professionals throughout assignments
- Address customer service concerns promptly and effectively
- Achieve and surpass weekly business development targets

- A bachelor's degree is required
- A degree in technology is preferred
- At least two years of business-to-business development experience or experience in a technology-related field is preferred
- Demonstrated interest in business development, with effective closing ability and a talent for developing client relationships
- Experience combining business development and account management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and persist in a fast-moving environment with urgency
- Evidence of consistent professional success
