  • Turn qualified leads into customers through discovery, tailored product demonstrations, and disciplined follow-up
  • Manage the complete customer journey, including onboarding and activation support
  • Keep CRM records accurate and maintain clear sales documentation
  • Partner with the Country Lead on localization, customer messaging, and feedback processes
  • Deliver weekly updates on lead generation, sales performance, and customer insights
  • Assist with outbound initiatives, including targeted prospecting and event-driven campaigns
  • Share market and sales learnings with headquarters and the local team
  • Improve sales workflows, structure, and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of the sales playbook and market insights
  • Grow plancraft’s presence in Poland and build relationships with Polish customers

Талаптар

  • Demonstrated success closing deals and managing a well-organized sales pipeline
  • At least two years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably serving small and medium-sized businesses
  • Practical experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Confident CRM user; HubSpot experience is preferred
  • Able to perform effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Polish proficiency at C1 or C2 level
  • Strong command of English
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a high degree of ownership, organization, and dependability
  • Willing to live in or near Warsaw over the long term
  • Already authorized to work in the EU or the country where the role is based
  • Visa and work permit sponsorship are not available
  • Submit application materials in English
