Pursue timely, consistent collection of aged accounts receivable
Investigate and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies
Send clients invoice copies when requested
Provide proof-of-shipment records upon client request
Review credit history and establish new customer accounts
Respond to credit reference inquiries from other companies about clients
Oversee credit card processing, including charge, credit, and month-end balance verification
Enter, post, and prepare daily online banking deposits
Keep accurate records of all incoming payments
Contact clients to obtain payment for outstanding invoices
Coordinate with billing on missing invoices, corrections, and billing disputes
Monitor receipts and routinely reconcile payments for discrepancies

Талаптар

Experience managing client relationships
Experience with accounting across multiple entities and cash posting
Working knowledge of standard Excel functions and formulas
Self-directed approach with a customer-service focus in collections
Strong interpersonal abilities and experience communicating with clients through multiple channels
Associate degree in Business Administration or Accounting required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Extensive experience may be considered in place of a degree
Successful completion of company background, DMV, and pre-employment screening
Availability to work off-hours, weekends, or holidays when required
Ability to walk, climb, stoop, crouch, and bend as needed
Flexibility to work beyond the standard schedule when necessary
Ability to remain seated for extended periods
