Accounts Payable Specialist – Los Angeles (Hybrid)
Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations for O’Hagan Meyer’s California offices. Support centralized accounting operations at a growing national law firm.

- Process, code, and accurately enter vendor invoices across multiple office locations
- Act as the primary accounting contact for the firm’s California offices
- Prepare daily check runs and process other vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies through resolution
- Verify that invoices include the required documentation and approvals
- Respond promptly and professionally to questions from vendors, attorneys, and firm personnel
- Support vendor account maintenance and other accounts payable activities
- Keep accounting records accurate, complete, and well organized
- Contribute to special accounting projects and perform other assigned duties

- At least two years of experience in accounts payable or accounting
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize competing responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, vendors, and accounting team members
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential financial information
- Dependable, proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership of assigned work
