Accounts and Administration Executive
Handle bookkeeping, Singapore statutory compliance, and operational administration remotely for The Men’s Cave, a games room company. The role includes QuickBooks, CPF, GST, tax, and vendor administration.

- Invoice customers and follow up on payment schedules and overdue balances.
- Record supplier bills and expense claims in QuickBooks, prepare payment runs for approval, and keep bank reconciliations current.
- Prepare monthly finance summaries covering receivables, payables, and cash position.
- Manage statutory compliance deadlines, prepare CPF contributions, compile GST workings, and assemble corporate tax inputs.
- Prepare year-end files for the external accountant, respond to queries, and follow up on ACRA filings and other statutory submissions.
- Maintain finance, vendor, contract, and document records.
- Order office and operational supplies and monitor spending against budget.
- Maintain the vehicle register and send reminders for servicing, road tax, insurance, and inspection renewals.
- Track subscription, licence, lease, and service contract renewals.
- Coordinate vendor requests for office and showroom maintenance.
- Complete other administrative tasks assigned by the Director.
- Prepare customer invoices from confirmed orders and coordinate handoff with Order Management.
- Track deposits and balance payments against delivery milestones and follow up on overdue payments.
- Record supplier bills and expense claims in QuickBooks.
- Prepare payment runs for the Director’s approval.
- Keep bank reconciliations current in QuickBooks.
- Produce monthly finance summaries covering accounts receivable ageing, outstanding accounts payable, and cash position.
- Manage The Men’s Cave’s statutory compliance calendar and track deadlines through submission.

- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or a related field.
- More than three years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, accounting, or a related finance role.
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting is preferred.
- Good to excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Practical experience with QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and other productivity tools.
- Experience with statutory compliance and general administration.
- Ability to independently manage daily accounting and administrative work.
- Knowledge of Singapore compliance requirements, including CPF, GST, corporate tax, and ACRA filings.
