Description

Arrange phone and onsite interviews across departments.
Act as the candidate contact and help hiring managers interview candidates promptly.
Maintain communication and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Attract qualified candidates and support a positive candidate experience.
Help source candidates, conduct phone screens, and present candidates to hiring managers.
Contribute to recruitment from sourcing through hiring.
Report to the staffing manager and support the staffing team.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in human resources or communication is preferred.
At least one year of recruitment experience in a corporate high-tech environment is preferred.
Experience sourcing technical roles is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, allocate and optimize resources, and meet timelines.
Flexibility, approachability, responsiveness, and the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
