Opis
- Arrange phone and onsite interviews across departments.
- Act as the candidate contact and help hiring managers interview candidates promptly.
- Maintain communication and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Attract qualified candidates and support a positive candidate experience.
- Help source candidates, conduct phone screens, and present candidates to hiring managers.
- Contribute to recruitment from sourcing through hiring.
- Report to the staffing manager and support the staffing team.
Zahteve
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or communication is preferred.
- At least one year of recruitment experience in a corporate high-tech environment is preferred.
- Experience sourcing technical roles is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, allocate and optimize resources, and meet timelines.
- Flexibility, approachability, responsiveness, and the ability to engage with staff at all levels.
