Description

  • Lead current-state assessments of AI and data platforms
  • Gather business and non-functional requirements
  • Design target-state architectures and evolution roadmaps
  • Create end-to-end AI, generative AI, and agentic solutions
  • Design RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, LLM/SLM integration, MLOps/LLMOps, observability, and guardrails
  • Define lakehouse and medallion architectures, data products, data mesh, semantic layers, and vector stores
  • Lead build-versus-buy assessments, software selection, and proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Document architectural decisions and trade-offs involving cost, scalability, and security
  • Incorporate security, data governance, privacy, and Responsible AI requirements
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of AI and data engineers, data scientists, architects, and developers
  • Contribute to propositions, bids, RFP responses, demonstrations, and technology alliance relationships
  • Develop EY AI and Data assets and accelerators
  • Support junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline
  • At least 8–10 years of Data and AI experience, including substantial work as a Solution or Enterprise Architect and experience coordinating teams
  • Proven experience designing and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of at least one hyperscaler: Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Proficiency in integration patterns, APIs, event streaming, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Knowledge of data governance and catalog frameworks and tools such as Unity Catalog, Microsoft Purview, and Collibra
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English
