Senior AI Analyst (Remote - Brazil)
Senior AI Analyst supporting cinema chains at Grupo Consciência through AI agent operations, prompt configuration, SQL, testing, and continuous improvement of business workflows.
Description
- Translate team knowledge into manuals, context materials, and operational guidance for AI agents
- Shape conversation designs around objectives, tone, user profiles, and the intended customer experience
- Configure and maintain n8n agents, prompts, tools, and SQL queries alongside BI and Technology teams
- Test and monitor live conversations, converting failures into fixes and new test scenarios
- Maintain clear documentation of prompts, protocols, and operational decisions
- Act as a go-to resource for Sales, Support, Marketing, and Education teams
- Assess operational needs, manage the AI backlog, and present priorities to Product leadership
- Develop reusable methods and best practices that can be adopted by other teams
- Train and operate AI agents for cinema chains, turning business knowledge into dependable ticketing and customer-service responses
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in product, data, operations, customer experience, or consulting
- Practical experience deploying and managing generative AI and AI agents in production
- Ability to use SQL to query and validate business data
- Critical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to guide colleagues effectively
- A self-directed, accountable approach with genuine enthusiasm for collaborative work
- Experience with n8n or another low-code automation platform is advantageous
- Conversation design experience and a background in customer service or support are advantageous
- Experience in the cinema industry is advantageous
- This role focuses on business operations and data rather than software development or AI engineering
