Restaurant Technologies develops back-of-house systems for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and other foodservice operations. Its solutions automate cooking-oil delivery, filtration, removal, and recycling, while automated hood and flue cleaning helps manage grease buildup and fire risk. By taking routine kitchen maintenance processes out of manual workflows, the company supports more consistent operations, food quality, safety, and cost control across quick-service and fine-dining restaurants, convenience stores, grocery retailers, and non-commercial foodservice environments.
