Sales Development Representative, EMEA – OX Security (Hybrid, Israel)

Generate EMEA pipeline for OX Security’s AI-driven software development lifecycle security platform. Engage security and engineering decision-makers, qualify enterprise prospects, and support Account Executive meetings.

Description

  • Build relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and engineering managers across assigned EMEA markets using phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach to reach high-value prospects
  • Assess leads and arrange well-qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to improve messaging and audience targeting
  • Use AI-powered sales platforms including Amplemarket, Clay, On.fire, and Lusha
  • Coordinate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Channel Partners to expand the EMEA pipeline

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential
  • At least 1–2 years of demonstrated B2B sales performance; SaaS experience is advantageous
  • Strong outbound prospecting ability and confidence handling objections
  • Comfortable and compelling when speaking with prospects by phone
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling and securing meetings
  • Fast learner who can discuss technical subjects with confidence
  • Cybersecurity experience is highly advantageous, such as SDR or BDR work for a security vendor
  • Nordic or Eastern European language skills are advantageous, particularly Russian, Polish, or Greek
  • Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Czech or Slovak, Bulgarian, and Serbian or Croatian language skills are advantageous
  • Experience selling to security, DevOps, or engineering stakeholders
  • A creative, marketing-oriented approach to prospect outreach
