Remote HR Coordinator

Manage employee records, onboarding documentation, compliance tracking, and HR lifecycle transactions. Support Accenture Construct’s delivery of major infrastructure and capital projects.

Description

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and organized employee records and personnel files
  • Keep electronic employee files current and accurate
  • Support HR reporting and audit requests
  • Collect, review, and process new-hire documentation
  • Lead new-hire orientation
  • Monitor compliance items, including training, certifications, and policy acknowledgments, and follow up as needed
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, rehires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, compensation updates, status changes, and separations
  • Check transactions for completeness and accuracy before processing
  • Address employee questions, inquiries, and concerns
  • Escalate complex policy or system matters to the appropriate HR or HRIS resources
  • Deliver responsive customer service to employees
  • Support the administration of HR programs, projects, and assigned activities
  • Create and maintain employee files in accordance with legal compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or an HR certification
  • 1–3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Preferred: at least one year of experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, tactful handling of confidential information and sensitive situations
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with standard office software for preparing memos, reports, and other documents
  • Working knowledge of California and federal labor laws and regulations
