Description

  • Welcome clients in the lobby and show them self-service banking options.
  • Help clients use mobile and online banking and complete ATM transactions.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Discuss clients’ financial and personal priorities to understand their needs.
  • Connect clients with solutions that support their financial goals.
  • Follow the bank’s risk practices and promote operational excellence.
  • Build client relationships and address their financial needs.
  • Comply with established procedures, guidelines, laws, and regulations.
  • Work with small business, lending, and investment specialists to support clients.
  • Coordinate financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
  • Support a positive client experience.
  • Handle cash-related responsibilities.

  • Willingness to work at any financial center within a reasonable distance when scheduled.
  • High school diploma, GED, secondary school qualification, or equivalent.
  • Cash-handling experience of six months is preferred.
  • One year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive role is preferred.
  • Financial services experience and knowledge are preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree or business-related associate degree is preferred.
