PNC Sub-Servicing Administration Operations Manager

Lead PNC’s mortgage sub-servicing administration operations, including loan administration, payment processing, and reporting. Oversee Loan Administrators and external primary servicers while managing risk and improving processes.

Description

  • Lead and develop Loan Administrators in Sub-Servicing Administration.
  • Carry out the operating plan and communicate strategic direction to the operations team.
  • Oversee functions across one or more sites and supervise individual contributors and/or supervisors.
  • Deliver business results and address escalations and exceptions.
  • Process and reconcile transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Work with internal partners to resolve escalations and provide guidance.
  • Engage with external customers and third parties.
  • Coach team members, support their development, and lead staff meetings.
  • Turn strategic direction into tactical operating plans.
  • Advise service partners and customers.
  • Identify, influence, and implement process improvements.
  • Represent the operations group on projects.
  • Develop or approve standard operating procedures and recommend policy improvements.
  • Review transactions and reports for exceptions, quality, and compliance.
  • Oversee risk mitigation and business resiliency activities.
  • Confirm procedures are complete and accurate.

Requirements

  • Typically at least five years of related experience.
  • At least two years of prior supervisory experience.
  • Relevant experience or product knowledge to carry out the primary duties.
  • A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree.
  • Role-appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • PNC does not sponsor employment visas or participate in STEM OPT.
  • No degree, certification, license, or language assessment is required.
