Lead Recruiter - Pennsylvania Remote

Lead full-cycle recruiting for construction, restoration, skilled trades, and operations roles. Manage talent acquisition across six Pennsylvania SERVPRO franchise territories.

Description

  • Own the full hiring process, from job advertising and proactive sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handoff.
  • Recruit disaster restoration, skilled trades, and commercial construction professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and manage qualified candidate pipelines across six franchise territories.
  • Work with Franchise Managers and Operations Leaders to clarify hiring needs and refine role requirements.
  • Provide a smooth and consistent candidate experience.
  • Assess qualifications, technical experience, IICRC and OSHA certifications, and cultural fit.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time to hire, offer acceptance, and retention.
  • Use recruiting data to improve hiring practices.
  • Support hiring for field operations, management, sales, and office administration.

Requirements

  • At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Recruiting experience in disaster restoration, construction, skilled trades, or similar field-operations industries is strongly preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Demonstrated success with proactive candidate sourcing beyond passive job-board applicants.
  • Proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital communication tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience hiring within the disaster restoration industry.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
