Inside Sales Representative – Spain and Portugal (Remote)
Handle PCB orders, quotations, and customer support for PCB Connect Group’s Spanish and Portuguese markets. This remote contract role partners closely with local sales teams.
Description
- Process and track customer orders while confirming accurate delivery details
- Deliver professional support to customers by phone and email
- Resolve customer questions and provide practical assistance
- Prepare customer quotations
- Organize and maintain order documentation
- Assist sales representatives with day-to-day activities
- Keep CRM and ERP records current
- Maintain accurate customer information
- Review documentation to ensure it remains complete and current
- Handle additional customer-support responsibilities as needed
- Collaborate closely with the local sales team on daily operations
- Oversee the full workflow from request for quotation through order placement
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, order administration, or inside sales is preferred; relevant studies are also suitable for candidates beginning in this area
- Background in the PCB or electronics industry is helpful but not required
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing frequent customer interactions
- Professional, practical, and solution-focused approach to work
- Values organized processes, accuracy, and satisfied customers
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish
- Strong spoken and written English
- Located in Spain or Portugal
