Description

  • Complete a 10-week summer internship in Human Resources at Procter & Gamble
  • Lead assigned work within live business HR projects
  • Support Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Equality & Inclusion activities
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy, benefit programme implementation, and training programme development
  • Take part in formal training and receive ongoing guidance from a manager
  • Address real business challenges and assume defined responsibilities from the first day

Requirements

  • Be a university student graduating in 2027 or 2028; recent graduates may also apply
  • Demonstrate commitment and accomplishments in academic or extracurricular activities
  • Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Be available for the entire internship from 5 July 2027 through 10 September 2027
  • Have independent UK work authorization for the full internship period without requiring P&G sponsorship
  • Hold work permission covering 5 July 2027 through 10 September 2027 for at least 37.5 hours per week
