Global Quality Compliance Manager – EMEAC Audits

Galderma is seeking a Global Quality Compliance Manager to lead inspection readiness and quality audits across EMEAC. The role focuses on risk-based auditing, regulatory preparedness, and strengthening global compliance practices.

Description

  • Coordinate regionally managed quality audits across EMEAC, including internal, external, and supplier audits
  • Establish and oversee a sustainable global inspection readiness framework
  • Strengthen regional auditing capabilities, processes, and competencies
  • Track regulatory developments and inspection outcomes to improve audit effectiveness and compliance
  • Own the global inspection readiness playbook, governance model, mock inspection process, and readiness sprint methodology
  • Design and implement a structured, risk-based global mock inspection program
  • Lead inspection readiness sprints ahead of anticipated regulatory inspections
  • Analyze global inspection outcomes and regulatory trends to strengthen regulatory defense capabilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of internal, supplier, distributor, and third-party audits across EMEAC
  • Administer the global auditor qualification framework
  • Provide audit methodology guidance and systems support to LATAM, US, and JPAC regions
  • Maintain traceability of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions, ensuring timely closure and consistent Good Practices
  • Escalate critical compliance matters, audit findings, regulatory risks, and systemic issues to management
  • Share audit trends, inspection results, and systemic risk insights across regions
  • Guide regional audit leads on inspection readiness standards

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of audit management experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device environment
  • Broad audit experience across regulated cosmetics, medical device, and pharmaceutical operations
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Additional language skills are advantageous
  • Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with three onsite days per week
  • Experience leading internal, external, supplier, distributor, and third-party audits
  • Knowledge of risk-based audit planning, execution, and timely closeout
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and govern inspection readiness frameworks
  • Knowledge of regulatory developments and inspection outcomes
  • Experience with auditor qualification frameworks and Good Practices
  • Ability to manage audit findings, corrective actions, compliance risks, and escalations
