Description

Lead, coach, and motivate the SAP Business One delivery team
Manage utilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery targets, and customer satisfaction to improve practice performance
Develop delivery plans and growth strategies with the leadership team
Oversee forecasting, margin planning, capacity planning, and resource allocation
Manage delivery from project kickoff through completion
Monitor scope, budgets, change requests, approvals, risks, and customer commitments
Match team skills and availability with customer needs, project priorities, and business objectives
Provide direction, coaching, feedback, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with HR, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen team engagement, delivery quality, and business performance

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in delivery management, consulting leadership, professional services, or a comparable environment
Experience coaching teams, building engagement, and improving delivery performance
Commercial understanding of utilization, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
ERP delivery experience, preferably with SAP Business One
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite is valued
Strong project management, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
French and English bilingualism is an additional asset
An MBA or formal business education is an additional asset
