Lead SAP Business One implementation delivery at Vision33, a global cloud ERP and business transformation partner. Oversee delivery performance, team leadership, and commercial results across Eastern Canada.

- Lead, coach, and motivate the SAP Business One delivery team
- Manage utilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery targets, and customer satisfaction to improve practice performance
- Develop delivery plans and growth strategies with the leadership team
- Oversee forecasting, margin planning, capacity planning, and resource allocation
- Manage delivery from project kickoff through completion
- Monitor scope, budgets, change requests, approvals, risks, and customer commitments
- Match team skills and availability with customer needs, project priorities, and business objectives
- Provide direction, coaching, feedback, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen team engagement, delivery quality, and business performance
Талаптар
- 5–10 years of experience in delivery management, consulting leadership, professional services, or a comparable environment
- Experience coaching teams, building engagement, and improving delivery performance
- Commercial understanding of utilization, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
- ERP delivery experience, preferably with SAP Business One
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite is valued
- Strong project management, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- French and English bilingualism is an additional asset
- An MBA or formal business education is an additional asset
