Global Quality Compliance Manager, EMEAC Audits

Lead Galderma’s global quality compliance and inspection readiness activities for dermatology operations. Coordinate EMEAC audits, regulatory preparation, and compliance capability development across regions.

Description

  • Coordinate regionally managed quality audits across EMEAC, covering internal, external, and supplier engagements
  • Establish and oversee a durable global framework for regulatory inspection readiness
  • Strengthen regional audit capabilities, resources, and professional competencies
  • Track regulatory developments and evaluate inspection results
  • Create and maintain the global inspection readiness playbook
  • Develop and implement a structured, risk-based global mock inspection program
  • Direct inspection readiness sprints ahead of expected regulatory inspections
  • Assess worldwide inspection outcomes and regulatory developments to improve compliance defense capabilities
  • Manage the complete delivery of internal, supplier, distributor, and third-party audits across EMEAC
  • Implement and manage the global auditor qualification framework
  • Offer audit methodology expertise and systems support to LATAM, US, and JPAC teams
  • Maintain complete traceability for audit activities, findings, and corrective actions
  • Raise significant regulatory compliance concerns, audit findings, risks, and systemic issues with management
  • Distribute audit trends, inspection results, and systemic risk analysis across regions
  • Guide regional audit leads on functional standards for inspection readiness

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of audit management experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector
  • Extensive audit experience across regulated areas relevant to cosmetics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Additional language skills are advantageous
