Geospatial LiDAR Data Annotator (Remote in Albania)

Create detailed 3D models of power-grid infrastructure for Label Your Data’s geospatial AI projects. Use LiDAR point clouds, GIS maps, and drone imagery to produce accurate digital twins.

Description

  • Build three-dimensional power-grid networks from LiDAR point clouds and GIS mapping data
  • Position poles, lines, conductors, and other 3D elements to reflect real-world infrastructure
  • Match two-dimensional source maps with corresponding 3D models
  • Review high-resolution drone imagery to label grid assets and identify structural issues
  • Help develop precise digital twins of power grids and other critical infrastructure for energy-network analysis, risk forecasting, and maintenance planning

Requirements

  • Demonstrated spatial awareness and confidence navigating three-dimensional environments
  • B2-level English for understanding instructions, completing training, and communicating with the team
  • Strong attention to detail, practical problem-solving ability, and openness to feedback
  • A PC or laptop with an Intel i7-11800H or equivalent processor, a dedicated GPU such as an NVIDIA T1200 or better, and at least 16 GB of RAM; 32 GB is preferred
  • An English-language CV that clearly presents spatial and technical capabilities
