Description

  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams
  • Deliver a consistent, smooth customer experience
  • Develop long-term customer relationships through regular personal contact
  • Identify each customer’s needs

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least two years of professional experience
  • Experience in key account management, project management, or customer success is preferred
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Empathy, confidence, and excellent communication skills
  • Independent, solution-focused working style
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Fluent written and spoken English
