Corporate Communications Specialist (Remote, United States)

Create corporate communications, social media, and employee advocacy content for Keyfactor’s cybersecurity trust infrastructure platform. Help expand brand visibility through media relations, editorial programs, executive communications, and social engagement.

Description

  • Write and refine press releases, blog articles, infographics, award entries, executive communications, newsletters, and other external-facing materials
  • Assist with media relations by preparing briefings, responding to inquiries, coordinating interviews, and following up with stakeholders and agencies
  • Coordinate communications assets and supporting content across internal teams and external creative partners
  • Research award opportunities, collect contributions, manage approvals, and assist with submissions
  • Own the editorial schedule and publishing process for the corporate blog
  • Oversee the Source newsletter calendar, content development, contributions, reviews, approvals, and publication
  • Help execute global social media strategies focused on brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and share of voice
  • Plan and publish social content, manage channel activity, and engage with communities
  • Create social content about company news, product releases, market trends, executive viewpoints, and technical subjects
  • Track social, industry, and cultural developments to inform content planning
  • Manage social publishing, employee advocacy, video distribution, and performance reporting across Oktopost, Wistia, YouTube, and related tools
  • Create social content for executives and subject matter experts
  • Evaluate social performance, audience interaction, and content trends, then identify opportunities to improve results
  • Help expand and strengthen employee advocacy programs
  • Produce social media toolkits, recommended messaging, and related creative assets
  • Collaborate with Brand, Communications, Field and Events, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Creative teams
  • Amplify announcements, research, events, webinars, product launches, and other key brand moments through social channels
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation and messaging across communications and advocacy initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related discipline
  • At least three years of experience managing social media programs for B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or another complex industry
  • Excellent writing and editing ability across corporate communications, social media, blogs, newsletters, and executive content
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms, emerging social trends, audience behavior, and content formats
  • Experience overseeing editorial calendars, content processes, approvals, and several projects at once
  • Strong research ability and an interest in cybersecurity, technology, media, and the wider business environment
  • Ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, accessible content for varied audiences and channels
  • Highly organized project manager with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, executives, subject matter experts, creative teams, and external agencies
  • Ability to assess basic communications and social performance data and recommend improvements based on findings
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
