Client Services Coordinator, Business Immigration (Remote - California)

Support corporate immigration client onboarding, reporting, data management, and legal team coordination for WR Immigration. This full-time remote role serves clients and legal teams from California.

Description

  • Support onboarding for new corporate clients by collecting and organizing documentation
  • Coordinate with the WRapid team to ensure internal platforms are configured accurately
  • Help Partners and Managing Attorneys respond to client inquiries
  • Produce and deliver reports, dashboards, and client-specific tools
  • Build advanced proficiency in WRapid report generation, filtering, and subscriptions
  • Create reports that support legal team effectiveness
  • Prepare and update billing, budgeting, and forecasting reports from established templates
  • Review standard report data and communicate findings to Leadership and Partners
  • Protect WRapid data integrity by monitoring and correcting discrepancies
  • Support projects that preserve the accuracy and organization of client information
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise across multiple major clients
  • Help Attorneys create training materials and present them when appropriate
  • Compile and organize information for Requests for Proposal with Business Development
  • Support data integrity and adherence reviews
  • Create employee records and initiate cases as needed
  • Extract, save, and log documents for each foreign national while identifying missing materials
  • Manage documents, enter data, maintain legal records, and administer databases
  • Carry out other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, supported by a strong academic record
  • At least two years of business immigration paralegal experience with NIV cases is preferred
  • Applicants without paralegal experience may substitute three to five years of business immigration experience in another role
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, process-management, and computer skills
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Remote applicants must be based in the Pacific Time Zone
