AI Value Architect, Private Cloud AI – Hybrid Spain

Lead customer adoption, value realization, architecture guidance, and expansion for HPE Private Cloud AI across strategic enterprise accounts. Shape AI use cases and scalable value programs across the LASER region.

Description

  • Own post-deployment value, adoption, and expansion for strategic HPE Private Cloud AI customers
  • Increase internal adoption, demonstrate realized value, and support expansion across business units
  • Identify and develop AI, generative AI, and agentic AI use cases
  • Advise on architectures for inference, RAG, AI agents, model serving, fine-tuning, data pipelines, observability, governance, and security
  • Promote Private Cloud AI while enabling customer technical and business champions
  • Conduct quarterly value, adoption, and roadmap reviews with customer stakeholders and HPE account teams
  • Lead business and technical reviews focused on measurable outcomes
  • Plan onsite customer engagements and travel regularly across LASER
  • Maintain account plans covering actions, risks, value hypotheses, and expansion signals
  • Identify, qualify, and technically define expansion opportunities
  • Facilitate roadmap, architecture, scaling, and adoption workshops
  • Develop technical and commercial value cases and transfer validated opportunities to Sales
  • Work with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Partners to advance opportunities
  • Create reusable workshops, discovery guides, assessment tools, reference architectures, and proof patterns
  • Develop the operating model, templates, metrics, and governance for a global AI value and expansion program
  • Use field insights and customer feedback to strengthen the global playbook
  • Build the function from the ground up in a startup-style environment

Requirements

  • Deep practical understanding of enterprise AI and generative AI architectures, including LLM inference, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, model endpoints, evaluation, guardrails, and LLMOps or MLOps
  • Some familiarity and initial experience with agent harnesses such as OpenClaw, NemoClaw, Hermes, and OpenCode
  • Experience building or designing production AI solutions with Python, Linux, containers, Kubernetes, Helm, APIs, identity and access controls, and object or file storage
  • Knowledge of data engineering and machine learning platforms including Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, model-serving frameworks, and observability tools
  • Working knowledge of GPUs, power, cooling, and networking
  • Ability to connect customer outcomes and data readiness with application architecture, platform sizing, security, operations, and scale
  • Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, HPE Private Cloud AI, or a comparable enterprise AI platform is strongly preferred
  • Proven background in a customer-facing technical sales or advisory position, such as AI Solutions Architect, Value Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Customer Engineer, or Field CTO
  • Ability to explain complex AI technologies in business terms and lead workshops for technical and executive audiences
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgment in identifying expansion signals and developing technical value cases
  • Strong program and account management capabilities across multiple strategic customers
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Spanish and Portuguese language skills are advantageous
  • Ownership-oriented builder mindset, initiative, and comfort working through ambiguity
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style across regional and global teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for onsite customer work across LASER, including occasional international travel
