Administration Associate, SAP Role Coordination – Nestlé (On-site, Philippines)

Coordinate SAP access and role assignments for Nestlé, handling requests, authorization issues, and controls. Support ticket resolution, role localization, and process improvements.

Description

  • Carry out Role Coordination transactions with the required tools and procedures, meeting agreed service levels and performance targets.
  • Assess and process end-user role assignment requests in line with market policies and procedures.
  • Work with Internal Control or Control Framework teams on segregation of duties, role-on-top, and cross-market role requests.
  • Localize end-user roles and deliver updates on time.
  • Create and maintain role variants in PRAM.
  • Submit RDS requests using information from Analysts or Market Role Links.
  • Record requests and work completed in the ticket management system.
  • Resolve tickets within agreed service levels and performance targets.
  • Reply to messages sent to the team’s shared mailbox.
  • Conduct initial analysis of authorization issues, including interpreting SU53 results, role assignments, and activity types.
  • Update CATS and create, review, or revise Standard Routines.
  • Stay informed about GLOBE standards, control practices, and risk and control procedures.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Complete other duties assigned through the development plan or as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in SAP security, user access management, IAM, or related IT support is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Careful attention to detail and ability to handle large data volumes.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of SAP Role Lifecycle Management.
  • Knowledge of User Account Management.
  • Knowledge of SAP security concepts and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Knowledge of PRAM, LORA, ServiceNow, OneIM SoD, and SAP platforms.
