- Build, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and specialized technical roles
- Define a clear technology vision focused on platform scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability
- Advance strong practices across software development, architecture, testing, observability, DevOps, and continuous delivery
- Improve delivery quality and predictability through stronger planning, prioritization, and project tracking
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, Operations, and executive leadership to turn business needs into effective technology solutions
- Contribute to strategic decisions involving architecture, technology investments, hiring, and team organization
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, transparency, and technical excellence
- Assess technical and operational risks and establish medium- and long-term mitigation and improvement plans
- Represent engineering with internal stakeholders, partners, and other key contacts

- Substantial experience leading engineering organizations as a VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, or in a comparable role
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling digital products, SaaS platforms, or complex technology environments
- Background managing distributed teams and growing organizations
- Deep knowledge of software architecture, product development, cloud computing, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
- Ability to align technology strategy with commercial objectives and customer needs
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining technical talent
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
