  • Lead and improve core technical operations across security, endpoint management, identity, networking, resilience and service management.
  • Investigate security alerts, suspicious activity, endpoint vulnerabilities and configuration gaps with Microsoft Defender and related tools.
  • Investigate and contain incidents, coordinate remediation, identify root causes and implement follow-up improvements.
  • Oversee the security, compliance and operational health of Windows and macOS endpoints worldwide.
  • Manage device enrollment, MDM, compliance policies, security baselines, encryption, application deployment and configuration.
  • Lead endpoint vulnerability and patch remediation, and report on compliance.
  • Administer and improve Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, SCIM, enterprise applications, groups and identity protection.
  • Manage employee joiner, mover and leaver processes, and improve access governance and automation.
  • Resolve complex secure-access and networking issues across endpoint, identity, DNS, network, proxy, firewall, certificate and application layers.
  • Support secure office and remote connections, office networks, vendor escalations and connectivity resilience.
  • Manage technical operations security and compliance controls in Vanta, and support readiness for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and GDPR.
  • Use Jira and Jira Service Management to track incidents, requests, problems, changes, access, SLAs, operational work and backlogs.
  • Build automation with PowerShell, APIs and workflow platforms.
  • Maintain runbooks, procedures, knowledge articles, technical documentation, inventories and audit evidence.
  • Oversee hardware and software lifecycles, licensing and onboarding of technology tools.
  • Coordinate regional office technology, vendors, connectivity, Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, printing and end-user equipment.
  • Mentor technical operations specialists and work with Security, SRE, Engineering, HR, Legal, Compliance and business teams.
  • Report operational health, risks, incidents, dependencies and improvement priorities to leaders and stakeholders.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 7 years of experience in technical operations, security operations, systems engineering, infrastructure or a related field.
  • Experience operating and improving technology or security controls across distributed, multi-region environments.
  • Experience owning technical services or capabilities throughout their operational lifecycle.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and securing Windows and macOS endpoints.
  • Strong MDM or endpoint management experience with tools such as Intune, Iru/Kandji, Jamf, ManageEngine Endpoint Central or equivalents.
  • Strong practical experience with Microsoft security and identity tools, especially Microsoft Defender and Entra ID.
  • Practical networking and troubleshooting knowledge spanning DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, NAT, firewalls, proxies, VPNs, Wi-Fi, certificates and TLS/SSL.
  • Experience with Zscaler or a comparable secure access or SSE platform.
  • Experience managing vulnerabilities, patching, security baselines and remediation tracking.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 and/or PCI DSS controls and audit requirements.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly with PowerShell, plus the ability to work with APIs and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management or a comparable ITSM platform, and structured operational processes.
  • Authorization to work in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based.
  • Availability to work outside standard hours when needed.
