Senior Dealer Systems Business Operations Lead at General Motors
Lead operations for General Motors’ global dealer-network platforms and contractual systems. Oversee integrations, data, financial workflows, and support for the Systems Team.
विवरण
- Run daily operations, product strategy, and support for GM’s dealer-network and contractual systems.
- Act as the business and technical expert for GMDID, DNPS, and their integrated systems.
- Lead business intake and align request priorities with business and technical stakeholders.
- Oversee global dealer and non-dealer sites, ensuring data remains accurate, intact, and available.
- Manage the Dealer Lookup Tool, including system checks, issue resolution, and operational support.
- Coordinate global dealer changes that affect dealer-network structures.
- Oversee contractual systems and the creation, storage, retrieval, and management of dealer documents.
- Work with the GM Treasurer’s Office on dealer financial relationships and electronic funds transfers.
- Support billing and receivables processes using VBARS and OTDS.
- Protect data and systems in line with corporate policies and requirements.
- Direct Dealer Systems work for corporate initiatives involving change or system integration.
- Govern changes to data elements and business processes to limit operational risk and disruption.
- Lead and coach the Systems Team, and keep operating procedures and documentation current.

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or technical field such as systems, analytics, or quantitative disciplines.
- At least five years of experience in business systems, operations, or analysis.
- Technical knowledge of mainframe or mid-range systems, including operations and management, query development and execution, scripting, data import and export, and data manipulation.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them for business processes, analysis, or operational efficiency.
- Ability to work across functions, influence stakeholders, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of Databricks (DBX).
- Experience in testing, project management, technical writing, and process documentation.
- Experience managing business-critical systems and leading operational support.
- Knowledge of financial systems and processes, including experience with financial institutions and ACH or drafting processes.
- Experience with dealer contractual processes in a corporate environment that supports a dealer distribution network.
- Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to work at the specified location at least three times per week, or at another frequency set by the manager.
