- Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and design firms.

- Have a proven track record in new business generation, prospecting, and building a sales pipeline.
- Have delivered successful projects valued above €500,000.
- Bring more than five years of experience selling projects or complex solutions, managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and using value-based sales strategies.
- Have deep knowledge of Spain’s building automation and construction ecosystem, including contractors, integrators, engineering firms, and end customers.
- Demonstrate strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Be able to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
- Be able to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Be available to travel up to 70% across Spain.
- Have advanced English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
