- Oversee the design and continued development of enterprise risk programs and governance practices.
- Evaluate and strengthen risk methodologies to promote consistency across programs.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for Enterprise Risk Management and the Board Risk Committee.
- Support strategic planning, PMO processes, and organization-wide risk identification and monitoring.
- Manage projects that advance risk oversight and meet regulatory expectations.
- Develop tools and procedures to analyze, monitor, and report risk.
- Prepare quarterly Board Risk Committee reports covering risk profiles, key indicators, tolerances, trends, and management action plans.
- Help oversee management committee structures, charters, and governance procedures.
- Administer the Centralized Issues Management program, including system improvements, user support, training, reporting, monitoring, and access.
- Oversee the Corporate Policy Framework, including policy updates, approvals, reviews, and documentation controls.
- Establish and manage risk processes for new, expanded, and modified products and services, along with Significant Initiatives Review Committee activities.
- Administer Regulatory Change Management and track emerging regulatory developments.
- Coordinate requests from regulators and internal or external auditors during examinations and audits.
- Support regulatory examinations by gathering requested materials, preparing portal uploads, and coordinating follow-up.
- Deliver risk management training across the organization.
- Advise executives, business managers, and the Risk Committee on risk management.
- Coordinate division engagement, quarterly business reviews, All Hands meetings, and volunteer activities.
- Arrange onboarding for Risk Management staff and first-line business risk and control managers.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with senior executives and management.
- Handle other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, business, risk management, or a related field.
- Risk management or related certification; if not already held, it must be completed within 18 months.
- More than 10 years of general experience.
- Five to 10 years of specialized experience and knowledge of finance, risk management, and/or banking.
- Continue developing knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate accuracy, initiative, interpersonal skills, and discretion.
- Apply critical thinking, sound judgment, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Travel to alternate work locations and occasionally stay overnight.
- Work may take place at multiple locations.
