- Administer Salesforce data entry and records supporting marketing insights, client information, and sales activity
- Create and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales teams
- Prepare accurate, validated datasets for executive Revenue Operations and KPI reporting
- Maintain CASL consent records and update them as required for compliance
- Review data quality and correct inconsistencies
- Refer data model and reporting logic issues to CRM Engineering and senior colleagues
- Handle CRM user requests, including troubleshooting and access administration
- Document workflows and uphold established data standards
- Provide occasional administrative assistance to Sales Support and Marketing
- Collaborate across departments to keep client and prospect data accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field
- One to two years of experience in administration, operations, or data support, ideally within financial services
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel
- Salesforce reporting experience is considered an asset
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Strong ability to organize work and manage priorities
- Highly meticulous approach to detail
- Capacity to work independently while contributing effectively in a team
