Build client relationships and sell Nextep’s PEO-based HR solutions as an outside sales representative. Help small and midsize businesses address payroll, benefits, human resources, and compliance needs.

- Develop relationships with business owners and organizational leaders
- Research prospects to identify and understand their needs
- Present customized PEO solutions and convert opportunities into closed sales
- Conduct sales outreach and guide prospects through the sales cycle
- Prepare and deliver IPs and proposals
- Partner with internal teams to qualify prospective clients
- Maintain and advance the sales pipeline
- Use CRM tools to record leads, opportunities, and sales activity
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and changes across the PEO market
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Prior sales experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
- Strong motivation to achieve results
