- Broker the market and support pension scheme wind-ups
- Support clients through buy-in, post-transaction buyout and wind-up stages
- Manage a broad portfolio of clients
- Own and develop client relationships
- Manage projects focused on buyout and wind-up outcomes
- Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders
- Create and maintain project plans
- Help establish project budgets
- Deliver high-quality bulk annuity broking and pension scheme wind-up services

- Experience in risk transfer, bulk annuity broking and pension scheme wind-ups is preferred
- Understand the key considerations in a pension scheme’s path to buyout
- Demonstrate strong communication and consulting capabilities
- Bring a proven history of working directly with clients

- Prioritise effectively, complete assigned work and meet project deadlines
