Director of Professional Services, Banking Payments

Lead banking payment implementations and professional services teams at ACI Worldwide. The role oversees client relationships, portfolio finances, and delivery performance across North America.

विवरण

  • Lead complex payment implementation programmes for strategic North American banking clients from start to finish.
  • Keep programmes on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the senior escalation contact for delivery issues.
  • Manage a team of about 20–30 project managers, technical consultants, and business analysts.
  • Hire team members, support their development, and manage their performance.
  • Chair client steering committees and executive business reviews.
  • Find opportunities to grow ACI’s work within existing client accounts.
  • Manage portfolio P&L, revenue recognition, utilisation, margins, and project finances.
  • Review and approve Statements of Work and change orders.
  • Support pre-sales scoping and solution design.
  • Oversee RAG reporting, resource planning, timesheet compliance, and portfolio dashboards.
  • Promote the use of Professional Services tools, methods, and best practices.
  • Support regional and global initiatives covering delivery methods, AI tools, knowledge management, and future service offerings.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring at least 10 years of experience in professional services, technology delivery, or consulting.
  • Have at least 4 years leading teams delivering complex software implementations for banking or financial services clients.
  • Demonstrate ownership of Professional Services P&L and management of multi-million-dollar project portfolios.
  • Have experience with SOW ownership, change control, and revenue accountability.
  • Show a track record of building and maintaining executive-level client relationships.
  • Have experience leading and developing delivery teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Bring knowledge of payments or financial technology.
  • Be able to assess technical delivery risks.
  • Work independently and apply sound judgment.
  • Be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
  • Understand that employment visa or work permit sponsorship is not offered now or in the future.
  • Prior experience with ACI products is an advantage.
