- Build and implement group-wide contract management across the full contract lifecycle
- Create, introduce, and continuously improve standards, processes, and governance frameworks
- Provide expert support for the contract management system and contribute to its ongoing development
- Collaborate closely with IT teams
- Coordinate with MERKUR GROUP entities across national and international markets
- Support the rollout of standardized contract management processes
- Contribute to cross-functional projects
- Help drive the future expansion of contract management
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed commercial or legal vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
- Some professional experience in contract management
- Knowledge of project management, document management, compliance, or digitalization is advantageous
- Interest in developing and improving processes with digital systems
- Organized, self-directed, and solution-focused working style
- Good English language skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Willingness to collaborate across functions
