Tavsif

  • Own and execute the roadmap for the Commercial Strategy & Analytics function
  • Develop tested and documented dbt models for ARR, bookings, and pipeline reporting
  • Create analytical models for upsell opportunities, whitespace, ICP fit, and account scoring
  • Develop semantic layers that enable self-service for analysts and business users
  • Build AI-powered tools and workflow automations
  • Establish standards for data architecture, quality assurance, version control, code review, CI/CD, and monitoring
  • Lead data governance across ownership, access, naming, lineage, and change management
  • Maintain current documentation, including guidance for reporting core metrics
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to define business problems and solutions
  • Coordinate data modeling initiatives with the enterprise data team and embedded analytics teams
  • Anticipate emerging analytics needs and invest in solutions proactively
  • Represent the team in technical planning and prioritization discussions
  • Assess and recommend improvements to data tooling and infrastructure
  • Strengthen analysts’ skills in dbt and data modeling
  • Promote a culture of reliable data and evidence-based decision-making
  • Report directly to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Analytics

Talablar

  • At least 8 years of experience in data or analytics, including 3 or more years in analytics engineering
  • Experience developing analytical models for go-to-market teams, such as account scoring, ICP, propensity, or whitespace analysis
  • Advanced hands-on expertise in data modeling
  • Experience owning production data models end to end in Snowflake or a comparable enterprise data warehouse
  • Expert SQL skills and solid Python proficiency
  • Fluency with Fivetran, dbt, and Snowflake
  • Experience creating semantic layers with dbt or Snowflake semantic tables
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing inherited data models and ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Experience using Git, code review, CI/CD, and automated testing
  • Ability to quickly understand booking definitions, sales processes, and the product portfolio
  • Ability to divide complex initiatives into clearly scoped work while balancing competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful completion of a background check is required
