Manage insurance reimbursement and patient billing for Quadax, Inc. while supporting patients and clients with statements, financial assistance, payment plans, and insurance details.

- Assess case histories to confirm insurance reimbursement steps are complete before initiating patient billing.
- Notify clients by email alert or work list when a patient enters the billing process.
- Respond to client questions about patient case histories.
- Contact patients to obtain updated insurance information.
- Speak with patients about available financial assistance and payment plans.
- Review and approve patient statement balances.
- Mail patient letters and billing statements.
- Provide financial assistance applications and process returned documentation.
- Follow Patient Billing procedures, system requirements, and documentation SOPs.
- Complete assigned worklist tasks within established timelines and notify management when support is needed.
- Contribute case details during team meetings.
- Provide backup support for incoming telephone calls as needed.

Talablar
- High school diploma or GED.
